Don’t fear! You can reset your password and choose a new one.
1. On the Sign-in page, click ‘reset password’ on the left-hand menu.
2. Type in your email address.
3. Click the yellow ‘Reset password’ button.
We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder. Click the link in the email, which will open a new window.
1. Enter a new password in the ‘Password’ box.
2. Confirm your new password in the next box.
3. Click the yellow ‘Change password’ button.
You’ve now set a new password!
